EPIC Rolling Liquid Freedom Hauling Beast!
Written on Jul 12, 2015
I got this cooler this year as a father's day gift. Last year we got the 65qt one without wheels for my father in law and he loved it so I expected this one to be just as good. After having this awesome frigid liquid freedom hauling device for a few weeks I know that this will be the only cooler I will need for a long time (except might eventually get a small one as well) because I know the build quality will withstand the test of time and even if something does go wrong Pelican will stand behind it's product (per the lifetime warranty, what company gives their coolers a lifetime warranty?!) I was amazed at how much space even with the thick insulation this thing has, fit two 40lb bags of ice, an 18 rack of bottles, a 12 rack bottles, a 24 soda cans, other assorted drinks and had space to spare! This kept cold for approx 8 days with ice still visible for prob at least 6 days, now this was in the trunk of my Suburau in the 90+ outside heat which was prob 120+ in the trunk. I am sure that in slightly cooler conditions it will stay colder even longer. As for maneuverability and such, it is heavy esp when filled (obviously) it is a two person lift job, but when you want to roll it it is easy for one person to pull, even when loaded down. I know the price tag for this guy is pretty substantial but when you think about it, these coolers are designed to last a lifetime and I honestly think that mine will last pretty dang close to it and again lifetime warranty... Stop buying

Review for
OpticsPlanet.com Email Gift Certificate $25
Was delivered quickly after order of a pair of 5.11 shoes as a promo, didn't have to wait for the shoes to ship or for them to arrive or anything, which was good because I used it to get the Pelican cooler I really wanted!
