I ordered this optic primarily for the good reviews by Sage Tactical on Youtube. However, the product I received from OpticsPlanet had several quality control issues that caused me to return it.

1) the finish was worn or non-existent in some places on the outside metal of the optic, mainly in the well around the diode
2) there was excess glue around the optic glass that was visible even from a distance and distracted the FOV even when held at a distance
3) the reticle was clearly canted (i.e. the vertical notches on the outside donut were canted to the right)

These issues may not actually matter to some people or affect the optic's performance in a life/death situation, and I'm sure the optic's internals and durability are still there. However, it's not worth it when you're paying almost $400 for an optic. I am returning it and exchanging for the same model, hopefully the next one will not have the same quality control issues.
