I wanted one more case for travel to the range. The case I had been using was barely long enough, so I made sure I got one long enough.I have a Remington 7400 that is 42.25" long. The scope makes it 9" tall.
This case is a perfect length but is (probably) over 3" taller than needed. It looks giant and will take more storage room that I'd like - probably make for an AR platform. BUT THE CASE IS GOOD >> Well made, soft interior, lays flat. The zipper compartment is 10"x6" with 3 velcro straps to hold mags. There's a slim compartment on the outside of that larger compartment.
