I often wear some expensive synthetic shirts at the range, and they are often snagged on my weapons and attached equipment. I LOVE these rings, because they don't have things with burrs sticking up, to assist in my getting more and more snags, and the associated nags from my beautiful bride, when i get back home. Worth every penny! And, on everything except AR's, the height of this ring allows standard open sights to be retained and used, effectively.

Review for
Zan Headgear Full Mask, Neoprene
I bought two of these Winter Masks. I got the Crash-Test Dummy model and the Rhinestone-encrusted "Muerte" model. I cannot recommend them, higher. They arrived two days before one of those "Arctic Vortexes" arrived in my driveway, along with four-inches of very powdery snow. It only took me about an hour to clear that snow, in winds of up to 35 MPH, and wind-chills of -30F (thirty-degrees BELOW zero), and I was comfortable throughout, thanks to my Crash-Test Dummy mask! A very handy thing to have, living here in Nebraska! I highly recommend these, for anyone who needs to be out in sub-zero winds, this winter! May God Bless OpticsPlanet.com for stocking htem.

This arrived just in time for me to test it, with the first snow of the season arriving one day after it got here! I find it to be very warm, and people who see you wearing it, have a tendency to watch you more carefully, because the expect something catestrophic to happen, at any moment! That's why I think its warm, as well as safer than any other facial wear, for warmth. Buy one of these, and wear it while clearing anything and everything Winter from your life, and you'll be much safer, should something happen, because the neighbors will be watching and waiting. You won't lay in the snow very long, should catastrophy strike!
