Sometimes the simplest things in life can be explained in only a few sentences and the Accu-Tac Spikes for the BR-4/SR-5 series of bipods can be summarized with this: An easy to install set of spikes that hold up to what you can put your bipod through on your precision rifle.

I've taken my .308 Win. Remington 700 AAC SD out a few times and fired in the prone in a field and in the 90 degree angle, these spikes really helped me keep the rifle consistently on my shoulder when absorbing the recoil. In fact, the ground was wet enough that the spikes drove themselves into the ground about an inch deep during a string of fire! Other than being covered in mud, these were great. I do recommend taking a wrench and tightening the spikes firmly so you don't have to worry about them unthreading if you plan to put these through some use.

*On a side note, if you have any issues with these spikes or need replacement rubber feet, reach out to Accu-Tac's customer service. They're a fantastic group of people and put the customer first. Susi always looks out for me!

I've owned this range bag from Propper for about 4 months and it's been with me for every range session I in that time period (almost every weekend in that 4 month period). The great thing about this bag is that it offers a great amount of customization to size out the main compartment to your needs. I personally have it setup where I can dedicate one side to fully loaded AR-15 mags, boxed ammunition and pistols in the middle, and my targets and random accessories in the middle. The side pockets are great for adding in tools, range finders, and other range items that are needed. I also love the pistol magazine pouches. They fit my Glock, HK VP9, and Beretta 92 magazines easily.

The reason that this bag gets 2/5 stars is because it would be the perfect if Propper used the PROPER zippers to handle this type of work load that I think we need as shooters. If I could include photos in this review, I would show you how both side pouches zippers have not only failed won't close anymore, the poorly made zipper itself has snapped off completely. The first side started to go bad about 3 weeks after I started taking the bag back and forth to the range. Since Propper is located in St. Charles, MO and is a relatively close distance to me, I reached out and asked if they would be able to help me repair the zipper. I even offered to paid. They basically told me I was out of luck and that they don't offer any type of warranty work on their bags. What a shame.

XLR hit this one out of the park. You can tell a company cares a lot about it's product when they put just as much care into the packaging as they do the product itself. The finish on the Element is outstanding and I couldn't find any rough finishes anywhere on the chassis. They did a great job smoothing everything out leaving me with little worries when installing my barrel into the rig which took no time at all. I also love the cutout in the trigger guard for those aftermarket triggers. For those wondering, a Timney 510 for the Remington 700 AAC/SD short action chambered in .308 will fit in here perfectly fine with no need to file anything down. Great job XLR for the ease of installation! This was huge in my book.

The Stock - to adjust this to your perfect comb height and length of pull, get a friend to hold the screwdriver ready to tighten the screws while you lay behind your rifle to find the perfect alignment with your rifle. I couldn't do this easily by myself, but that doesn't really bother me too much. This isn't meant to be adjusted each time you take the rifle out, it's meant to custom fit the owner. I don't knock XLR for this and honestly, once this thing is setup for how you like it, you won't be disappointed. The stock holds true and I don't have any concerns of the screws coming loose anytime soon.

Trijicon proven delivery of dependable and durable sights strikes again. I’m currently running these on a Glock 19 MOS. I’m planning on purchasing a red dot soon to co-witness which is why I originally got these sights, but they hold up fine to one handed manipulations on 2x4’s and my belt so far.

Once again Vortex continues to impress me. Small things that really stick out go as far as how the rings are securely packaged all the way up to the ease of mounting these rings to my Nightforce 20 MOA short action base. These rings mounted up properly on my Remington 700 securely and easily. The coating is consistent throughout the rings and the screws tighten up securely. I highly doubt my optic is going to come lose after sending another 300 rounds downrange on the little experience I have on these Precision Matched rings. Great job Vortex on yet another quality product.
