Does Not Fit - Pin collar is 10.50mm wide, regular pin cap is 9.50mm wide. That extra 1mm thickness prevents the pin from fully seating to the opposite side of stock. Happened on both my ATI Omni Maxx 5.56 AR-15 as well as my Bear Creek Arsenal .300AAC AR-15. Bummer.
Bought this for my Soviet 1943 Mosin-Nagant, installed on an inexpensive rear site mount kit with cantilever rails, had some trouble with the elevation & windage adjustment dials (they would click but the actual adjustments were erratic). Eventually sighted the rifle in at 200yds but after 40+ rounds, the elevation turret completely stopped working (clicking but no reticle movement). Will return for exchange hoping that it just was a lemon (the long eye relief is great although 200yds is pushing the parallax limits of this inexpensive scope).
Have a couple Barskas but with higher magnifications, most worked well with high caliber rifles, the rest I returned. Thought I'd try these guys given the price. Bought 2 but sadly, they both had incredibly blurry optics across all magnifications that even the fine-tune adjuster didn't even phase. I'm a bit shocked that these products even cleared QC at the factory. Maybe the "Colorado" designation is a crude joke re: that state's extremely liberal cannabis laws - one may need to be high to see through these optics. :)
Bought 2 of these over a month ago, tried installing one on a carbine rail but the elevation/windage adjustments were too loose so the red dot wouldn't hold zero. The second one was installed on a 12-gauge pump shotgun with no issues but the red dot disappeared after 5 rounds, never to be seen again. Very disappointing for the price.
Thought this would be a good scope for slugs with my Mossberg 500 12-gauge field shotgun. At first it was able to hold zero at 50yds but after a few months & 50+ slugs later, the zoom froze at around 5X with accuracy only at about 25yds or less. Still trying to return it re: manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty (I left 2 e-mails on the Konus customer service website but still no response). Not sure what's going on with them.
My first laser rangefinder. Didn't really know what features were basic vs. better but light research showed me the way. As always, it all comes down to PRICE. This little guy meets my needs for up to 300 yards (I paced off a 310 yd. field then used the Leupold to verify - came in at 303 yds !!!). It doesn't require much reflective targeting as recommended by the manual although it helps especially in low ambient light situations. I hope to push the limits of its range of 1000+ yards. Still, a great deal for a name brand product.
Always looking for decent cleaning patches that are scalable - pistols, rifles, shotguns. These are decent quality & can be cut up for smaller uses. They will break apart if use roughly but otherwise reliable and absorbent.
Perfect for all sorts of firearms cleaning. I even cut them up into smaller or odd shapes for more detailed cleaning, like 17HMR barrels. Absorbant & sturdy. I would definitely recommend these pads for gun cleaning!
Not sure what to expect but got 3 of these anyway because of the price. Am working on mounting them to Mossberg Shockwaves (12 & 20 gauge) to see if they can handle the recoil. The light is very bright but the red laser needed to be adjusted alot. It included Allen wrenches and batteries so the adjustments weren't too bad. I'll update this review after range testing!!!
Needed some inexpensive rifle & shotgun storage cases and found these. Good for non-scoped long guns that weren't over 45" in length. A limitation but at a decent price & quality. Sturdy canvas-like material.
