This buffer works well with the flat wire spring. I don't hear it when I shoot. Fit and finish are great. If you are looking for a drop in buffer, this will fit the need just fine. I don't see a need to spend more.

Very pleased with the reliability of these springs. Drop in replacement for the original and considerably quieter. Definitely what I would consider an upgrade that anybody can perform. Optics Planet is the best.

Perfect fit and finish. I was looking for lightweight parts for my AR. This buffer tube fit the bill perfectly. No problems with fit on stock, when stock is locked in place there is no movement. Exactly what I was looking for.
