Provides an 8/32 threaded adaptor so that one can use standard, 8/32 threaded, cleaning tips. I now have another cleaning rod for my non-22 caliber handguns. This allows me to simultaneously clean and train another peron.

J. Dewey Nylon Coated Cleaning Rods
Would have given a 5 but there was not plastic tube case for protection in my tool drawer. Other than that, it works as expected. Purchased the 8-32 thread adapter. This gives me another cleaning rod for my other handguns.

Gunslick Nylon Slotted Tip-(8-32 Threads)
Wanted to minimize possibility of scratch the bore while cleaning. Accomplished. One needs to be careful to not over tighten. Too much torque and it could snap. Would like to see white/clear nylon in the future.
