Tasmanian Tiger Tourniquet Pouch
This fits a CAT tourniquet perfect and holds it in place. Open to the elements, but I have it on a range bag that is treated well. I liked it enough to buy another to match my daily carry bag. Not expensive either.

Streamlight TLR Low Profile Lighting System
I put this on the side rail of my stock CS Scorpion Evo. The light does take up a majority of the rail, if not all of it, depending on placement. The switch is easily accessible when I shoulder firearm with 1 hand on the mag well. Harder to hit the button with my hand on the AFG, but possible with a large hand.
Solid light and connection. Very bright, but I haven’t tested it outside, but the light will easily light up a room.

Easy to install. Compact and sturdy. If you are looking to keep the AR small, this is the way to go. Extends out plenty for me to shoot comfortably at 6’4.
With this brace collapsed and a 7.5” barrel my OAL is 19.25”.
