Solid and affordable mount

Bought this mount for my PA 1-8 scope. Fit and finish is good. Just don’t overtighten screws. Add some blue Loctite to secure all screws for at least 24 hrs. I shot over a 100 rounds and scope & mount are both solid. I am confident the mount can easily withstand the recoil of a 223 rifle if installed properly.

After lots of research it’s either the Vortex or PA 1-8. I think either will do the job as they are so identical. Probably made in the same factory. I chose PA because of the ACSS rectical and it’s intuitive to me. Magnification at 8X is a little tricky as you really need to find the right position for your cheek and eye but it’s doable with more practice.

This little attachment works great either on keymod or picattiny rails. Small and unobtrusive. Very affordable too. Bought this for my keymod rail to attach sling. Easy to install and remove. Bought this over the exclusively keymod model Incase I need it for a picattinny rail. Highly recommended.
A cheap and effective upgrade

Easy and cheap to install using the existing roll pin and spring of my AR charge handle. Makes charging the rifle so much easier and faster. It does stick out as tad but not a big deal to me. I think all AR should have an extended handle!
