Caldwell Emax Hearing Protector

I bought two of these to use when shooting with my kids. They have worked well. It isn't like I have been testing them against each other but they seem to block loud noise as well as my various non-electric muffs. The nice thing is that these do allow and amplify noise from normal conversational levels, which is nice when you are wearing foam earplugs under the muffs.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Directs the blast downrange and gases downrange instead of sideways. The shooters on the line next to you, especially if you have to use an indoor range for sighting in, will thank you.

Took this to the range only once so far. It worked well and did what it is supposed to do. Directs the blast down range and away from the adjacent shooters. Love that it easily and quickly attaches and detaches from the Surefire Muzzle brakeadapter.

Works as advertised. It was easy to install with the included spacer rings and instructions. A nice feature is the chart which shows you the correct number and color of spacers to add to the barrel to ensure it is oriented correctly when tightened. You don't really need a torque wrench, you just add the spacers and turn the device until it is oriented to 12 o'clock. I like the adapter function. Here in the PRK (People's Republik of Kalifornia) I don't have to worry about adding suppressor but it did put on the Warden blast diffuser and it is quick and easy. Yes, this device is expensive and I would say I'm sure you can find much less expensive devices if you don't want or need the adapter function but if you want that it works great.

Magpul MOE Rifle Stock
As with everything Magpul, this stock has been great. Rock solid. Here in the People's Republik of Kalifornia we are no longer allowed to have adjustable stocks on our evil (pronounced "eeevyill", like fruuuits of the devyill) rifles because that makes them even more eevyill. So this is a great option to appease the idiots in Sacramento who write our useless gun control legislation. But, I digress. I definitely recommend this stock.

TA51 Flat Top Rail Adaptor

I doubt anything new can be said.. Just used this to mount a Trijicon TA11C 3 x 35 ACOG to a Bushmaster XM-10 .308 ORC. I have not fired the rifle yet but It locked tight and does what it is supposed to do. I don't know yet whether I'll use lock tight on it but it is on rock solid without it right now.
