I bought the p365 manual safety last fall and have been searching for the right grip module. I've been through a few thanks to optics planet generous return policy. The p365 is my cc and I wanted a bit more grip for control. I think this is the grip I found most concealable and most shootable. I also added some macro mag extensions to my 10 round mags for my grip. It looks good and I am accurate with it. I also added a Holosun EPS Carry green reticle for ease of use. I can still shoot iron sights good, but the green reticle makes it easier and helps my eyes relax.

Seems a lot more sturdier that my other magazines. Nice rubber on the outside. Feeds well. Going to buy more.

I have the base model manual safety p365. The slide looks good because the comp is integrated. I am using the original grip my firearm came with. I can use my original barrel. The performance gain along with aesthetics is enough for me to hold onto this setup. I tried the ramjet afterburner setup and it worked better but I didn't like how the holding screw looked on the compensator. I also like the suppressor height sights, they are easy to co-witness with my holosun eps carry.
