Good for a couple years

Nanuk Shoulder Strap
Great strap. Best part is that it doesn't slide off your shoulder. It has "bubbles" on the underside that are compressed (very comfortable) and this somehow provides extra grip. The body of the strap is neoprene which gives the whole strap a little "shock absorber" feel. Only problem is that the "rubberized" covering on the bubbles on the underside after a couple years starts to wear off and leave black marks on your shoulder. But for a couple years service, it's good.
Other downside is Optics Planet shipping. I try to patronize them over Amazon, etc. However, this strap was in stock, I ordered in Jan 25, it shipped two weeks later on Feb. 8 for delivery Feb 13th. This shipping is free -awesome. But almost 3 weeks is a little much. Ironic in that I live about 10 miles from their warehouse. Unfortunately they don't have a retail store. So I pay tax, wait 3 weeks, and can't just go pick it up.

Best Shooting Bag/Rest Combo

Lyman Match Shooting Bag w/Bag Jack
I've always felt "hunched down" over the rifle when using bags at the bench. Look down the line at the range and you'll see everyone bent over trying to get lined up with their scope. It's uncomfortable. This allows you to raise the rifle up to a natural height. I like it better than the expensive "tripod/lead sled" type rests as those don't adjust high enough. I had built my own rest out of wood, but this is lighter and the screw adjustments allows you to raise the height exactly without needing to pinch the front bag to adjust the height. I bought a Caldwell Shoulder Saver 8" Magnum Center Post Rear Bag to pair with this and it works well. Maybe Lyman needs a smaller version of this lift for the rear bag?
