Minimalist Option

Review for
DPMS CAR-15 Collapsible Stabilizing Brace
This is definitely a minimalist brace option. Nothing wrong with it, just know that it's one step above a bare buffer tube. Look elsewhere if you need a full size, durable brace.

Review for
Gamo Air Gun Cleaning Rod Set
The picture on the product page is not correct. The item I received did match the part number but did not include the patches, pellets, oil or double-ended brush. Very deceiving. Optics Planet needs to ensure the picture matches the actual item being sold.
I'm not happy.

Review for
VISM Tactical Mil-Spec Stock, Collapsible
This is very well designed. It has all of the features I was looking for: light weight, QD sockets, and sling attachment slots in all the correct positions. This one is a winner.
Helps with weak grip

Review for
Recover Tactical SCH9 Shield Charging Handle
This is definitely the right solution for people that have weak grip strength. It's a bit fiddly to install to get it aligned properly, but it really helps when you rack the slide.

Review for
VISM AR15 Lower Receiver Vice Block
This thing does one thing well; it holds the lower and the buffer tube while you torque the castle nut...that's all. Otherwise, it has no further advantage over a mag well vise block. its a pain in the A** to set up and holds the receiver at an odd angle that doesn't line up with the buffer tube clamp. Overall, it's nearly a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

These are COTTON patches - not synthetic

Review for
Hoppe's 9 Gun Cleaning Patches
The product description does not specify the patch material. One of the questions asked if they are cotton or synthetic; the answer given was 'synthetic'. That's exactly what I needed, but unfortunately THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS COTTON, which was printed directly on the front of the packaging. The lack of a proper material description was why I removed one star from the product rating.

Awesome accessory
Written on Oct 23, 2024
Great fit and valuable handgun accessory. At first I had an issue with the light that would not come on, but the laser worked perfectly. Just as a precaution I changed the battery with no luck. I decided to try cranking down on the battery cover and that did the trick. It may have had a protective coating on the contact surface that prevented the light from working, but all good now.
The only complaint I have with this item is there is no 'momentary on' feature; it's either switched on or switched off and both left and right side switches do the same thing. Not a deal-breaker for me, but it might be for some people.
Otherwise, it's a keeper.

Quality Ammo

Federal has always made ammo I can trust to be reliable and accurate. I prefer the heavier bullet weight for defensive use.

I've always been satisfied with Aquila ammo; this ammo does not disappoint. This copper plated .22 ammo is reliable and affordable. I prefer the copper plated bullets for smooth operation.

These do the job

You may not always need Anti-Walk Pins, but for the price you're better safe than sorry.
These pins fit perfectly and the alignment bullet makes them an easy install.
