I got this magazine for my MDT field stock. It is an extremely tight fit in the MDT stock. It makes if very hart to get in and out of the stock, so I don't know if that is a stock issue or a magazine issue. The hope is it will breakin and function a little better. As of right now, it take holding it just right to get it in or out of the stock.

My Savage 110 7mm PRC fit great. The stock is very solid and I love the angle and feel of the grip. The rifle mounted very solid to the chassis. If you squeeze the end of stock and barrel, there is almost zero flex. And I mean, you have to really squeeze it to get any flex. The only complaint I have is the very tight fit of the magazine. Loading and unloading the magazine is a little tricky. I can say that once the magazine snaps in, it is not coming out very easy so I don't expect any lost magazines. It does add a good bit of weight to your rifle but that was expected. Over all, if you plan to do more with your rifle, other than hunt. This is the stock for you. This stock is the best option out there for the money if you plan to hunt and long range shoot. It still might be best option for the price for long range shooting.
