I purchased this scope for my long range Custom blot action .308 to use for F-TR competitions and long range shooting. Wanting to try something different than Nightforce and some other high quality manufacturers had to offer with a wider 6 to 1 zoom ratio. Also love the fact its USA product and great Leupold warranty as well. Optics are first rate, extremely clear and bright, and as good or better than any scope I have used including some other high quality scopes. This scopes optics easily challenge scopes that go for twice the price, not that this is inexpensive, but it's well worth the investment. The Quantum Optical System and Xtended Twilight Lens System seems to produce light very well. Construction is very solid with crisp clicks on the turrets. When mounted to a 20 MOA base it has ample adjustment to shoot out to 1000 yards, and back down to 100 yds. With 55.00 moa of elevation and 45.00 moa of windage there is ample adjustment. The ability to have Leupold make you a CDS (custom dial system) for your favorite load is just another plus. I also like the T-MOA plus recticle . I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a scope in this magnification range.
