Presma delivers a quality handguard at half the price and with 4 picatinny rails included.
It does NOT include a socket/crows foot, so you'll need to acquire one of those.

Perfect fit on my Savage 110 Elite Precision 6.5CM
Weights fit very nicely and have plenty of clearance below the barrel to remain free floating.
The machine screws have a flat head for a flush fit on the ARCA rail which is counter sunk proportionate to the lowest point; thus plenty of clearance for accessories to slide forward and back without contacting the heads of the screws.
Make sure to run a q tip in the threads of the weights to remove any remaining foreign material before installing, mine had a little build up on them, possibly oil or lubricant from cutting the threads, but no big deal.
