Purchased a used Meade telescope a while back. During a trip to Dallas bought two eyepieces. Got home to find they didn't fit. Couldn't scr*w (language police said I couldn't use that word, not family friendly, but it should be easy to figure out. Really.) the adapter all the way because the threads were different. I have not had the telescope out for a test run, but since there is no pressure on the adapter it should work. Did not force it since it would ruin the threads for the original piece. Nice to have the option.

Bought the binoculars for a concert that was postponed. So, took them outside and am pleased so far, even good for looking at the moon. Just like other comments I have read about zoom binoculars, hard to hold steady at high zoom. Will report after concert.
