I was a bit hesitant about the laser sight, but decided to try one to know for sure. The green laser is phenomenal in visibility giving the advantage of extremely fast acquisition from any position. It is bright beyond what I expected. There are, however, a couple of drawbacks with this particular sight. The mounting system intrudes into the trigger guard space to the point that it is quite annoying to my finger (which admittedly has a broken knuckle that might be quite a bit of the issue). I'm remedying that by carefully removing the offending portion immediately below the trigger finger, but very carefully so as to not weaken the mount. The ignition button does not seem to be an issue; relatively easy to turn on the laser. The second issue is the available selection of holsters; very limited, but I'm working with that, and probably will use one of the fabric type pocket holsters, with Remora probably being the preferred options. That's a work in progress.
