I use these on both of my rifles now, 5.56 and .308.
The legs are made of metal and there is a screw that locks them in place so there is no movement. Spring loaded so they pop out easily as well, would most definitely recommend.

Tired these out for longer range shooting, didn’t want a full 30 rd mag which would have been “just” too long, these are maybe ~ 2inches shorter. Ammo fed perfectly
