It Works...but it doesn't "fit." So if you don't care how it looks/fits you are good to go. I am only speaking about how it fits my Gen 4 Glock 17. Can't speak to other Glock models. Mechanically it works like a champ and I love having the button extended. However the fit/finish are off. The off side goes past flush into the grip. On the button side it hangs out too far and you can see into the mag well around the sides.
