So the craftsmanship of this product is pretty cool. That said i’ve ordered one, received a non functioning one because the power button was mashed in on receipt, which I get it, online purchase, these things happen. Product received from the exchange I selected instead of a refund had the exact same problem. Except this time I can’t return it because my account says its already been returned. So if you want to try this product out and roll the dice make sure you get a refund and just order again if your first one is damaged. If anyone from opticsplanet reads this can you give me a shout and tell me how I could possibly try and return this one. That would be most helpful.
