Ineffective
Written on Jul 16, 2019
Does not work. Light for main flashlight is incredibly weak most of the time, then 1/10 times the flashlight shines at full power.
Also programming no longer works.
Very frustrating considering how much money was spent.

Adds tons of versatility to your set-up
Written on Aug 26, 2018
I purchased the TAPS Pro because I wanted some variability to my light/laser set-up. Now I have one button is just laser, one is light + laser. Both momentary on, yet I double tap and they are constant on.

Buy this right now

I have a black and FDE one and I love both. Best brace for the money. Even money aside, it’s still the best brace I have any experience with. QD socket, great cheek weld, and adjustability. What more could you ask for? Zero downside I’m aware of.

Purchased to couple with RMR
Written on Feb 26, 2018
I bought the suppressor height sights for glock 17 to pair with my RMR.
Happy with them as they line up with the dot in the center of my RMR. I did not want sights which had rear dots to the side - thought it could be a mess with dots all over the place.
Also, XS Sights customer service was top notch. There was an issue with the front sight (completely user error not product), and they took care of me immediately no questions asked.

SI Lower Parts Kit

I have always found Strike industries products to be high quality. This is a great deal for an LPK, but do realize it is not their enhanced LPK. The enhanced LPK has a couple better features, but if you’re going a budget route but still won’t good quality, this is a good choice.

Great for my astigmatism
Written on Dec 24, 2017
Bummer to here about the astigmatism problems the other reviewer has, but I have astigmatism as well, and this is my favorite optic I’ve ever bought. Reticle is crisp, glass is amazing, it’s lightweight, and it is durable. My one regret is getting green over red. Think the red may be easier to spot in certain situations.

How the button functions is a HUGE flaw
Written on Dec 15, 2017
So you're probably looking to get the white/IR model for increased capability. But the IR function comes at a high price:
On the white only model, the switch on the side flips between momentary and constant on. But with the white/IR model, the switch flips between White and IR light. Therefore, the way you switch between the momentary and constant on is how you press the button, WHICH I HATE. If you press and hold the button, then it is momentary on. If you just tap the button, then it is constant on. So if you want to quick-flash a room or you finger slips off right after you press, then it is constant on. I really wish I would have known this. I wanted a white/IR light, but I would probably buy the white only model if I could go back. And then in addition, I would save up for a steiner with a laser + IR light capability.
In my opinion, the nuances between button presses determining how the light functions is a deal-breaker. I want rock-solid, 100% known capability.
