The cross slot was to narrow and the crossbolt would not go down into it. After 2 Phone calls to Warne and 2 Emails with no answer from Tech Service or the Emails, I had to widen the slots with a file. After spending $30 with shipping for a piece of metal 2 inches long and one 1 inch long, I find their price and service unacceptable.
Optics Planet was not involved and should not sell Warne products.
