I purchased this Icarus Precision ACE 365 Pro Elite based on the specific model and features shown in the OpticsPlanet listing. Unfortunately, the grip module I received does not match the product pictured in the listing, nor does it match the version currently shown by Icarus Precision on the manufacturer's own product listing.
Both OpticsPlanet and Icarus Precision show this model with several distinctive machined grooves along the upper sides of the grip, as well as the ACE/Icarus logo/marking. The grip module I received has neither of these features.
I understand manufacturers occasionally make revisions, but when purchasing a premium product at this price point, I expect to receive the model/version being advertised. The fact that both the retailer's listing and the manufacturer's listing show these features makes the discrepancy even more concerning.
The overall quality of the grip appears good, but I am disappointed that what I received does not match what was advertised by either OpticsPlanet or Icarus Precision. If an older or different revision is being sold under the same part number, that should be clearly disclosed and accurately represented in the listing photos.
