Excellent all-round binoculars for hiking, birding, even stargazing at all times of day and evening. I own many binos in the 10x25-10x32 range which is my sweet spot because of portability and acceptable brightness under most conditions even low light that is offered by modern optics. The GPO pair leaves nothing to be desired. They have excellent ergonomics and handling, the mechanics are solid and smooth and the optics clear and sharp. Even compared to Nikon EDG 10x32 which is the highest-end model I own, the GPOs are not far behind optically. What impresses me most about them is that they are very steady - hardly any shake at all. They are a bit larger than pocket size but still very compact and light. These will be my go-to binos for all active outdoor uses where size and weight matter.
