On first inspection there are no imperfections in the leather. Fit is nice tight out of the package with the right amount of tension. Clean, simple, classic. More than fair price for what you get.

I have never used an optic and wasn’t sure what to expect. I only see going out to 100 yds. on occasion, but mostly up close work…without going broke. Was only able to work the 25 yds. range because we were full, but just from my short experience with LVPO I can see this is a great option for someone that wants a step above a red dot.

Just the right amount

I had a minimalist holster manufactured by another company. It nice, but I needed just a little more security. It focused solely on the trigger guard. MFT does the trigger guard and a nice portion of the slide. This really helped retention when moving, bending over, getting in and out of the car, etc… it does take a little more force to draw, but that is a trade off for security.

FDO Industries The Paladin IWB Kydex Holster
Using this holster for appendix carry and fits great. The thicker kydex works great. Bottom edges have been rounded to reduce cutting in when seated. Came with two different claws to adjust fit. I run my belt line a little lower than normal with no issues. There are two sets of holes to adjust tilt. I spent several dollars more on a competitors holster that didn’t offer this level of comfort.
