The Galco MCII is a new item for me. I have owned several Original Miami Classics and was happy with them especially after changing the mag carrier to the horizontal style used on the MCII. I had stayed away from the MCII because I had been advised that the Original MC was usually a better fit for small framed people. But just like my shirt size, it seems I am in the middle of M and L. The MCII fit comfortably and I was able to get the same ride height for the holster and mag carrier that I had on the Original MC. The new style fasteners made set up a tool free breeze. Any future adjustments (if needed) will be quick and easy. It seems like break-in for the holster was much much quicker than some previous GALCO holsters, they might have changed something in their production process, it works for me. The harness seemed more flexible right out of the package and required zero break-in. The GALCO Miami Classic II seems like it is one of the best shoulder holsters you can buy off the shelf.
