Easy to install. Works as a good weight and grab point to forcibly remove a mag if necessary. Helps mag drop easy. Because most of the icarus ace evo grip already fits the pinky, it doesn’t add anything there.

Bought this with the assumption that I may need to return it due to my struggle to find anything telling me that the CA trigger FCU would fit. I was also adding a Afterburner and Ramjet and was concerned about the flush fit with the longer 1913 rail option.

CA FCU fits just fine in this grip. You will have the Manual Safety as well as the mag disconnect functioning.

The Ramjet looks pretty good when paired with a TLR 7 sub light.

Overall handling is lightyears better than the tiny grip on the stock p365. Also stays thin. The flared magwell is a minimal print issue. Metal frame feels solid and makes the overall feel resemble quality. Shooting is simply more enjoyable. My set up starts to encroach on the idea of a Glock 19, but thinner, more solid and wwaaayyy more comfortable. Conceals and is fun to shoot. Expensive, but it is a very significant upgrade.
