Comes in a hard case with everything needed to mount to basically any scope. With the quick detach mount you can literally turn it into a scanner in seconds. I have found that it works best with lpvo’s. 1-4 power optics work really well with it. All in all it’s multifunction unlike a dedicated thermal scope. Battery life is awesome, clarity is great, and i can use it on my rifle for predator hunting or take it as a handheld for scanning for animals (i take it coon hunting to use to help find the coon when the dogs get treed).
