Great red dot for the price but would not trust the screws come with the red dot

I have a Canik Elite Combat Executive which has the rear sight on the optic cover plate. The OEM optic mounting plates do not have a backup rear sight so I don't want to use them. Recently I found an optic plate from Calculated Kinetics that offers a backup rear sight with the Holosun K series footprint. Adding the Holosun EPS red dot I finally can have both the red dot and the backup iron sights.
The build quality is the same as the 507C x2 that I have. They have similar window size and features. The EPS uses a smaller size CR1620 battery but the battery life is rated the same as the 507C x2 at 50k hours. The solar panel that comes with the MRS version adds another layer of fail proof.
The main reason I knocked off 1 star in the rating is due to the previous experience with the 507C x2. One of the OEM screws broke in live firing. There's a piece stuck in the slide and I could not get it out, making the slide unable to reinstall a red dot. I'd NEVER trust the OEM screws from Holosun anymore. Spend the extra $15 ~ $20 on quality screws and you may save your slide from the bad OEM screws.
