Talley Picatinny Base, Short Action
Fit and Finish is exceptional. I Had my doubts about the alloy construction because I was mounting a heavy scope and using heavy duty steel rings. Their outstanding customer service assured me the base was tough. They were not kidding. I chose to cut off a small portion of the base because it was just touching the scope. This thing is as tough or tougher than steel. I had a hard time cutting into it. Will buy again

Installed on an RWS 54 .22 Had bottomed out on elevation on a 3-12 scope using another mount. Elevation has been raised substantially. Also, Not one screw has come loose after 200+ rds. I am very happy with this mount and will be ordering another for an R1.
