Broken BCG after 3 uses

Unfortunately after 3 range sessions the bolts that hold the piston rod into the BCG became loose and cause the rod to break. This is poor QC and these bolts should be installed with loctite and torqued.
Excellent upper

Purchased this upper to build a truck gun. The size is perfect and very quiet with a Nomad can on it 220g subsonics. Shot very well with noticeable reduction in gas. I would definitely purchase this again and will probably get their 223 wydle for my next build. Very good quality and runs great with my COLT lower, BCM charging handle and a laRue trigger. Fit was mil spec. I did have to rezero my Credo about 10 clicks to the right compared to my 556 just keep that in mind. Also, with this size and twist rate the upper is best suited for subsonic 220g. That's exactly what I wanted. Short and very quiet.

I’m happy with the product. Looks to be made exactly how you’d expect.
Mil-spec rail fit well as expected. Nice simple locking mechanism. Use a pen or something non-abrasive to lift lock and as to not scratch.
I would by this product again. Was placed on a Troy Battle Rail the combination is very nice. It will be a permanent fixture.

On a Colt CR692:
Just received. Overall good looking rail. Fits like a glove. I recommend highly.
The fit is very tight. You’ll appreciate it once installed. You have to seed the rail in with some pressure. Don’t rush install, do it methodically. personally this rail isn’t coming off, so I used red loctiite. Don’t screw in with a lot of pressure just until first tight; don’t ruin the thread from over tightening.
Added two 6” Troy hand guard - bottom and left.
Added one 4” Troy hand guard on the right side and mounted surefire with pressure plate on top rail.
I would buy again. Shipping took a week.
