I received the product quickly from OP. I don’t know when or where along the way, but it was bent on the back edge. Creating a burr. I contacted TPM directly via email. I sent pics of the burr and other nit picky bits. Within a day or two I received an email telling me it seems like it was definitely dropped, but they’d send me a new one. Just respond with address. I responded with my address and followed up on the nit pickys. The replied explaining the nit pickys and I got a package a few days later. To my surprise they threw in a little something extra for my troubles! My daughter will be happy to see she gets two upgrades on her rifle for Christmas this year!
