Magpul SGA Remington 870 Stock
I had a Rem 870 that I wanted to update and make more functional. I first upgraded the fore end/side with the Magpul version and that helped make the shotgun a lot more functional. However, I found the dimensions of the fore end made it a bit hard for me to work the slide smoothly. Perhaps it was a little shorter than the factory one?
That was the excuse I needed to also replace the stock. That was a quick and easy purchase from OpticsPlanet and a 5 minute job to replace (after finding the YouTube video :-) of how to do it. I adjusted / experimented with the number of spacers to use until I got the right length of pull I needed to work the slide properly.
Now I am a very happy camper, and beta tested the full solution on a Sporting Clays round. Two thumbs up on this Magpul solution.
