In building a rifle for sporting and hunting, it may be desirable to reduce recoil as much as possible. With a screw adjustment gas block, you can do just that. Combine with a low mass BCG and buffer for even lesser recoil.

Can't really say I was impressed with this stock.
The cheek foam padding doesn't extend with the stock, so at full extended length, you won't be touching the padding at all. The rear section is made out of solid aluminum which adds unnecessary weight. These two issues detract severely from what would otherwise be a nice rifle caliber stock.

I've bought a lot of different stocks. Way too many stocks. This is the best one.
Installation of the foam tube padding is easy with some patience. Installation of the rubber buttpad results in a tight fit without crushing the plastic inserts like some other reviews have complained about.

What's a battery compartment?

This laser has a terrible design flaw. In the process of opening up the laser to change the batteries, you might find it extremely easy to strip the microscopic hex sockets. I had to drill out the screws due to this and there was no way to save the device from being destroyed.

I wasn't too impressed with the glass quality or the reticle's brightness. Maybe I've been spoiled with scopes in the higher price brackets. This scope could very well be the best of its own tier but if you can afford something pricier, just go for that.

A comfortable grip

This grip is comfortable for even a 10.5" SBR despite the steeper angle. Its contours and texture are the best I've yet to try in my own personal experience. Good for anyone with average to large size hands.

Elftmann Tactical Ambi Speed Safety
Simpler than a safety selector and easy to determine if the firearm is on safe or not by touch. No problems or concerns with function aside from the distance to the finger, otherwise it's virtually a direct upgrade. Would recommend for any semi auto AR build.
