Review for
Hyskore Competition Range Box
Seems like the outsourcing company and the actual builder had a failure to communicate. The holes for mounting the feet and the top carrying handle were all drilled on the bottom of the box. This required relocating and drilling five holes on the top to mount the handle. One metric nut for the side latches was missing, necessitating a trip to the hardware store. I'd recommend the use of Loctite during assembly. The price was high given the work needed to put it in shape, but range boxes aren't cheap, even used ones. It's not a security safe, but it is built well enough for it's purpose, like a tool box, and the side latches can be padlocked. It can easily be beefed up or modified as the owner sees fit, and it beats using a plastic or plywood box.
