TAC Capped Vertical Forward Grip
Really like it, but ended up putting it on a different gun than I planned because it would just not stay on a magpul mlok handgaurd. But when I dropped it on a metal handgaurd and it's sturdy as an ox and comfortable, without being overly heavy.

Ace Link Armor 2.0 Quadrelease Carrier Plate
Haven't put it through super heavy use or torture tests, so I cant speak about durability but it seems well made. Not super cheap and not super expensive, a good well rounded carrier. It's comfortable, works good with my plates & loadout, and the multicam black is drippy as HE double hockey sticks as a bonus.

Really like the reticle, the overall look & function, on top of that you get everything you need in the box. However, the eye relief could be a little more forgiving and its a little heavy with the provided mount, the battery also died after I left it on for 3 days on medium brightness. � No problems since replaing battery. Overall good but I would definitely wait for it to be on sale if you're looking at it.

Put around 500 rounds of 5.56 through it, its been dropped and scratched up, but it still holds zero well and its still bright and clearly visible. Dunno about a duty red dot, but for plinking, home defense, and lighter uses, it does its job well in my experience.
