The scope is great I have used a lot of thermals mostly top end 640X480. This really shines when you increase the magnification. It maintain a clear image much longer. But that's not what this is review is about its about IRAY USAs costumer service. I was in the middle of 3 weeks of Hog hunting on 4 different ranches in TX with my grand son it was a 12 hour drive from our home State. Long story short about a week into the hunt the battery cap fell int a body of water that made it impossible to recover. I made a call to see if they could help me. They shipped the cap to a location in Tx where I could get it. 21 hours latter I had the cap they also included a nice gift I was not expecting at all. In top of it all they refused any payment not even for the shipping.
