It is a very clear scope for a 1" and concidering the price, I was not expecting much out of it. I wanted to just place on my 17 HMR. The real problem is the eye relief. I have to push the scope so far forward it will not even hit the scope rings and base. I have a solid pcs of Picaninny rail on the rifle.

Second issue is the eye relief changes when you zoom in.

Again. I am not giving this 1 star cause you should not expect much for this price, For what I wanted to use it for it was priced very well. I was willing to make it work. It just would not fit on the gun with the current eye relief from the scope just pushed everything forward and forward rings will not hit rail

I am aware there are off/set rings and bases.

I use these for coyotes and I have done pattern check on them with full choke. It is very inmpresive the pattern at 50 yards. It places a heck of a punch out that far. It cyles very well through my Benneli. I am a trapper and call coyotes up in the daylight. I hide in tight brush and this round gives me opertunity for snap shots. If I can kill a coyote at 50 yards with it. You will have no problems on a turkey.
