I had trouble getting this to tighten down without cocking to one side. Had what looks like some flashing left over from the machining process on the bottom. Filed it down and got it to sit flat when tightened. Loosened up after the first couple of shots and couldn’t get it to tighten back down. Loctite might fix that but then would make the quick release knob worthless.
