I installed my rail following Midwest industries installation video torqued to spec, set the rifle in the rack and noticed that the rail under its own weight had sagged to one side would sag to what side was leaned to the rack up down side to side, no rotation though, overall this is the first product from Midwest that I have that has been of poor quality, doesn't help Midwest's warranty isn't easy to use and leaves them a way out even when the problem is their fault,

I just got my second replacement done get excited to take my RIA out to the range just to find that the newly replaced front sight was now completely dead will not even glow in the littlest bit in a pitch black room, a similar thing happened with the first replacement last year when I picked it up from the gunsmith it was much dimmer than the rear sight but still usable, but after 3 months was nearly completely dead,
