I originally bought two of these-one for work and one to replace a far inferior model that I thankfully dropped and broke. I was so impressed I bought two more for our cars. The illumination level is such that I can flood my entire back yard. The option of a lower output level is also a nice feature as it is adequate for most applications.
I own two of these and have put about 50 rounds through one of my direct impingement ARs. The weapon cycled well and there was a noticeable reduction in cycle energy. As alternative to an adjustable gas block, I can recommend the product.
