This micro red dot is a great Holosun product but what sets it apart is the Primary Arms ACSS reticle. Its got a large dashed circle that hovers at the outer edge of the screen that directs the shooter to the center aiming dot. For those who recognize that circumstances can hinder putting the pistol into perfect presentation every time, this reticle gets your eye on the dot, one handed, non-dominant handed, canted, forced askew from improvised rests, odd shooting positions that throw ideal indexing off--this reticle gets you on the aim point. Down one star because you need to watch the battery tray and screw doesn't come loose. Loctite on the threads and a dab of clear nail polish on the screw head edge seems to keep it tight. The reticle is a good concept that adds redundant insurance in getting to the aim point fast in all conditions. Get one for defensive pistol carry.
