FDE version looks really good on my SOCOM RC4 suppressor. Allows you to remove the suppressor after firing. Obviously the time you must wait depends on the number of rounds and the rate they were fired. It also reduces the heat bloom when using an optic.

Much more robust then the oem cam pin that comes with the DD carrier bolt group. It is immediately obvious when you install this cam pin how much more heavy duty it is. After 500 rounds still looks new unlike oem that was already scared at 500 rounds.
Great modular case

This case fits my AR pistols with 7 in barrel perfectly. The Velcro makes it extremely modular. Be careful you can easily spend more than you did on the case adding modular accessories. But now it’s the exact gun case that I want. Make sure you head their warning of going 2 inches larger than the length of your rifle. Appears to be a good quality case.
Game Changer

Having the ability to change the safety selector to 45 degrees is a game changer. Doing it with quality levers machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum and not plastic makes it just that much better. I especially liked not having it attach with screws but via the"dovetail interface with spring-loaded retention stud to lock the lever in place." The shorter ambidextrous lever on the support side eliminates the trigger hand interference. The FDE added a splash of color to the lower.
