Trijicon HD night sights
Written on Dec 07, 2016
This is the 4th set of Trijicon HD night sights that I have purchased at Optics Planet. I originally tried them on a handgun used by an instructor in a training session. Although they are night sights, the main benefit to me is how well they work in daylight. The orange dot front sight is very easy to see. Your eyes will pick it up more quickly than the stock sights. I also like the width of the front sight compared to the notch in the rear sight. There is plenty of daylight around the front post to properly align it in the rear notch.

Very Good Scope

For the money this can't be beat. However, even with the 80mm size, you do notice some light drop off and softening of the focus at full zoom. At 40x it is crisp and bright. Glad that I did not opt for a lower priced item. For seeing shot placement at the range, this is the minimum I would find useful.
