Had a break where the hook connect to upper receiver indent. Within 24 hours of emailing Devil Dog, had new parts shipped to my house! Love the product, love the service, love that its vet owned! The charging handle was always one con for me with the AR platform so this was great. Not heavy, slides smooth, and shooting prone being able to maintain a good sight picture is actually easier with this side charger.

Bought this a few months ago and have since put it through the ringer. This thing is awesome. No problems so far. Will put on every AR. Easier access especially with optics that reach over the charging handle. Very good construction and took about 15 seconds to install. Just make sure the placement of the rail matches what you need. They have three options, front ,center,rear.

Bought this a few months ago to to replace the stock birdcage. Noticed a difference in accuracy and recoil right away. Would definitely recommend. Oh and use the crush washer provided, saw a guy strip his barrel using an old one!
