This upper while a unique design present the appearance of a very sturdy upper of which to build an accurate rifle from the quality / control during manufacturing is poor. The upper receiver coating on the interior was extremely inconsistent, high spots, low spots, unequal coating throughout, sever lack of quality control or attention to detail. Also while this upper receiver boast a lifetime warranty, the fine print warning notes that any alterations to this upper "such as new dust cover or forward assist " would void the warranty, if alterations are desired without voiding the warranty you may sent the upper and parts to Vltor to be changed for a fee. I missed this fine print, ordering an SI dust cover as well as an SI forward assist, took the upper , parts, new dust cover, forward assist, barrel, free float rail ect... to my local gunsmith (personal friend), he stated "I can put this together for you but changing the dust cover and forward assist will void your Vltor lifetime warranty, do you still want me to proceed ?", of course the answer was "no I will be returning the upper to Optics Planet ". I ended up buying the Seekins Precision A223 Billet upper their in his shop for only $40 more. After seeing this Vltor uppers quality with concerns then looking at the Seekins upper side by side there was absolutely no comparison, the Seekins by far is a superior product.

As the title states, the best description I can give is "Excellence in Optics". This scope is built of superior quality, the glass is the best I have personally looked through, crystal clear at maximum magnification from sides to center "equivalent of looking at your new 4K TV with 4K streaming video". Performance is perfect, exact tracking, turrets clicks are audible as well as felt even with gloves on, parallel focusing is exactly, the reticle is ridiculously exact for judging range, hold over ect. Amazing product! I would put this up against any other Brand pushing the $2,500 - $3,500 price tag, if you are looking for an amazing scope that will exceed your expectations from 100 yards to 1,800 yards this is the one, you will not believe that you have this much scope for the cost, simply amazing product!

These risers are first and foremost quality engendered, extremely precise fit with absolutely no play, lock into the Pictanty rail so securely that it feels as solid as the Pictanty rail on your rifle. Quality materials used, very precise fit, finish is attractive and flawless, these are also very light (keeping weight down as well as being attractive to the eye.

Clear optics all the way to maximum setting of 9 power even at 10 yards. Tracts accurate, turrets are lockable to zero, turrets adjust easily, precisely, positive clicks easily heard, best scope for the money period, I have tried several. This scope is mounted on my daughter's Ruger 10/22, she loves the mil dot for quick aiming adjustment, loves the illuminated reticle and the fact that you can adjust this scope to parallax error free at 10 yards is exceptional. She typically shoots this indoors at our range which is setup for a maximum distance of 35 yards, the Nikon Prostaff 3x9x50 I put on her gun at first would not provide error free parallax at this range so she was always shooting through blutty vision, her groups were as much as 2" @35 yards, I decided to purchase this and put it on her 10/22 as my 6 year old model is still going strong issue free after being mounted on a Walther Tallon Magnum 22 pellet rifle for 4 years now for the past 2 years on a Ruger Air Magnum 22 caliber pellet rifle. This scopes has seen thousands of rounds and been subjected to all kinds of weather, drops, bumps ect.. still operates as new.
If $100 is your budget scope, in my opion this is the best you can get for $100
I have dropped many squirrels with this scope out to 60/65 yards.

This is the 6th Swift Premier rifle scope I have owned, from my first 10 years ago I was sold, only having my Nikon Prostaff to compare it to I could not believe the optic clarity especially for the price that I had paid for that first Swift Premier scope compared to what I had paid for my Nikon scopes. Swift is certainly not a recognized brand name however I have tried several scope brands prior to Swift that were no name brands in an attempt to save money, I was always sorely disappointed. I went ahead and bought a Nikon Prostaff and it immediately became my go to scope on a budget then I decided to gamble on the Swift Premier 4x12x56 3909 scope and wow I was blown away. Now Swift is my go to budget scope all day long, Korean company, great Korean glass, manufactured in Korea just like Samsung. This particular scope was a perfect match for my AR 556 as I was shooting this rifle from 15 yards to 250 yards, I needed a scope with parallax adjustment down to 10 yards out to infinity, mil dot reticle for quick target range adjustment and clear glass to be able to see my target. This scope met and exceeded my needs, hold true zero, tracts perfectly, performs flawlessly. This review is after I have run over 500 rounds using this scope. If this scope fits your needs and is within your price range "Buy It" you will not regret this purchase!

As the title stated, these Seekins rings are of excellent quality. Superior build quality with zero tolerance manufacturing. No lapping, de- burning or adjustments needed, absolute perfect seating and alignment. Highly recommend Seekins rings. My experience is certainly the same reflection of why so many pro shooters use Seekins rings.
A+++

I own two of these now, one is six years old and has stood up to The Walther Egeal Talon Magnum 22 pellet rifle, always held true zero. The gun broke and it is now mounted on a Ruger Magnum 22 pellet rifle, still going strong, still holding Zero after 6 years. This recent purchase was put on my daughters Ruger 10/22 as an affordable cheap option in a cheap 10/22 project, I chose this over the BSA scopes based on this scopes rugged durability, quality construction, glass clarity even at full magnification (9x), never cloudy, never blurred, always true to hold Zero, aND adjustable AO allows for clear target and cross hairs at 10 yards to infinity. Great choice for a low cost rifle scope. Money well spend.

Solid one piece mount, quality construction, screw depth on Mount base perfect length as to not interfere with the action. Fits up to most 50 mm objective rifle scopes. The only issue you may find is that with the rounded receiver tops of the 7600/7400 the base may be slightly off when leveling the horizontal plane, use a magnetic level on the bottom flat portion of the receiver to correct horizontal plane when mounting your rifle scope.

Quality built solid one piece mount with proper sized base mounting screws that do not mount to deep interfering with the action unlike many other bases on the market. One piece mount ring base is just high enough to except most 50 mm objective rifle scopes. Great product, great value.

Bright clear glass, clear on full power (9×), no blur, no haze, no cloudiness, rugged optics, can take a bit of banging around and still hold true zero, quality construction, BBC reticle very useful and fairly accurately accommodates for most cartridges. This is my goal to scope, I will put nothing less than this rifle scope on any gun I own. I am currently using this workhorse on three of my rifles. Do yourself a favor, if you are unsure of which rifles scope to choose and are looking for a $200 - $250 scope just buy this one, you can not go wrong and will not regret it.
