Unreliable short life

Had it about 4 years, used for a couple of hours total, mainly for critters getting too close to the house at night. Went for it the other day, wouldn't turn on, plugged it in and nothing. No longer charging, ATN support offered to check it out for $35 + $100/hr as it is out of warranty. Shortest lived scope I've ever owned.
Near impossible to focus

Nice form factor, but near impossible to keep focused, very frustrating to use. Even on lowest magnification it takes some patience to get close to clear and if you move to an object even a few feet different, you'll be refocusing, zoom in and it's a greater challenge. Assuming very low quality optics, my $10 Jascos from decades ago have better glass.
