Just want to make a correction to the description of this faux suppresor. Although I wish it was a direct thread on it's still cool for what it is. So the description states that its a slip on device which will cover about 5" of you're barrel. This device has holes for the set screws on both ends therefore allowing you to use as a slip on or barrel extension. definitley not a hard use device. But I will be making modifications for it to withstand any caliber! But it will be a home for my 22LR! So I'm not worried about it failing on me.
This trigger is legitmately one of if not the best trigger out of the box! I have 500+ rounds so far through it and havent had one single malfunction. Tested with the worst ammo I have all the way up to my carry/defense ammo. I actually waited 1 whole year to jump on this since its debut to see how it holds up with others who reviewed it. Ive only seen one video where 1 shooter had a bad experience. I wouldnt hesitate if youre in the market for a trigger. If 3-3.5LBS is too light for you Johnny Glocks offers an upgrade to a duty trigger for those looking to use this for defensive purposes!
Not only does the fit and finish look amazing! Its so convenient to install! Cant beat it. Don't have to remove anything to in order to put it on. Bumpers are a nice touch as well. But depending on the design of your reciever. The rubber bumper pads made be irrelevant.
All dust covers should be made like this. Only if other companys made dust covers ro be easily installed or removed! Looks good and machining is top notch! Makes life so much easier when you can easily remove and install the diat cover!
Not only does it look good its quick to aquire your target and built like a tank! Are there better out there? Maybe! Is it better than Eotech? Not sure. I really like both. But don't hesitate if you want this optic!
Probably my favorite style forefrip. This handstop just feels good in your hand when holding shooting. Well built and in my opinion best in its class!! You have to try it out. Although I have quite a bit on Strike Industries parts on my rifle. Definitley best in ×@@w×sh
This strike lube is legit probably the best Ive owned. I havent tried every single brand but I have tried quite a few. Some lubes tend to dry out but I have noticed this still holds lubricity even after hard use.
Although it may not be necessary. I think its a must if you're running irons as a primary or secondary even. Anything that helps with faster target acquisition is a no brainer. Not only does it look good. Its functional!!!
If you don't want to pay Surefire prices then you have to run a Streamlight. The Protac is pretty lightweight and you almost feel no added weight forward of your weapon system. Its pretty durable so far. Use it to mount against barriers and still no issues. Just make sure get the model that comes with (1) 18650 vs (2) CR123s. Less moving parts the better!! Although I did have to slightly modify the pressure pad to accept an MLOK system, but that was a super quick modification. Don't hesitate if you're considering it!
Their are mixed reviews out there. Many have complained that it doesn't fit their buffer tube. My guess is that theyre new to firearms and probably have a commercial tube on their rifle. But when I installed mine the tolerences were pretty tight. The lever wasn't as smooth as I would like but some lube fixes that issue. I can't speak to the durability of it. A little over priced in my opinion but its solid enough for me. If youre an operator. Then just go with whats tried and true. But overall i think this stock is pretty slick!
